Firefox and I are the only who have express permission to post art contests: if you want to post one, contact, one or both of us before doing so. To the best of my knowledge, Firefox will be doing some sort of monthly contest, and I'll just be doing whatever in a less organized fashion. Each contest may have specific restraints so go check it out.
